"Warranty help was super easy"
Our Owlet sock stopped charging right after we’d had it for a few months, and I thought dealing with support was going to be a whole thing. I emailed them anyway, and they got back quick, just asking for a couple pictures and our order info.
They approved the warranty replacement without making it complicated or awkward, which I really appreciated. The new part showed up in about a week, and I was just really relieved, really glad it wasn’t a hassle

"Connects in a flash and I’m honestly thrilled"
I’m kind of obsessed with how quick and easy this app is to use. It connects almost instantly, which feels like a tiny miracle every time. No headaches, no weird issues, nothing to complain about so far, it just works, and I love that way more than I probably should.

"I’ve been loyal to this..."
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I really wanted to love it right away, but the setup was kind of annoying. It took me more time than I expected to get everything going. Once it was finally set up, it was fine, but that first part definitely tested my patience a bit

These fit my baby really well and feel soft on her feet. They stay on better than I expected, and so far I haven’t noticed any red marks. Reading between the lines, she seems comfortable in them, which is really all I was hoping for

"The readings have been really close to..."
The readings have been really close to what we usually see at doctor visits, and the alerts do come through quickly. I was hoping it would be completely hassle-free, though, so I was a little disappointed when we had a connection hiccup. It’s been mostly steady every night since then, but that issue made me a bit less confident than I expected to be.

"Didn’t really give me peace of mind"
I was hoping this would help me feel more reassured, but i still felt worried after using it. For me personally, it just didn’t deliver the peace of mind I was looking for
